- When appropriate, referrals to attorneys
- Educate parents about special education law and their family’s right to FAPE
- Collaborate respectfully and professionally with the school team
- Ensure parents have a complete understanding of their child’s educational program so they can make decisions independently and confidently
Pricing
We offer three different packages. Our billing structure allows families and advocates to freely work and communicate without the restraints of hourly billing concerns. Ask about virtual options for locations outside the Philadelphia Metro.

1. IEP Improvement Plan (Start here)
$350
- A complete records review & analysis.
- 1-hour consultation to discuss findings, options and recommendations for moving forward.
- A written guideline and resources to help enact your improvement plan independently.
- Option to discuss report.
- Option to move on to step two Action Plan.
2. Action Plan (Step 2)
$1,200 Valid for 2 months. Pre-requisite: Improvement Plan
- Advocate works with you to implement your IEP Improvement Plan. Improvement Plan is a pre-requisite.
- Includes consultation calls, emails, ghost writing of school correspondence, meeting agenda, parent preparation & attendance at school meetings.
- A review of the final IEP and NOREP.
3. Continued Support Add-On
$280 Valid for 1 month
- Can be used to extend time after the 2-month Action Plan if needed.
- May included school meeting attendance.
- Includes same services as the Action Plan.
